Every Maeven subscription begins with our exclusive Signature Box, which includes a custom Maeven Wedding Planner, glass bride and groom champagne flutes, an "I Do" ring display box, a Love balloon, a gold-plated "Mrs" necklace, and wedding day vow books.
After the Signature Box, each monthly delivery follows a theme such as: Bride Vibes, Bachelorette, Honeymoon, Spa, Fitness, and Wedding Day Essentials. Each box contains 5-7 premium items including bridal apparel, jewelry, wedding planning tools, keepsakes, and self-care essentials.
How much does Maeven Box cost?
Maeven Box offers two subscription options. The month-to-month subscription is $52 per box, charged on the 28th of each month, and can be cancelled anytime with no penalties. Prepaid subscriptions are available in 3-month, 6-month, and 9-month packages paid once upfront with no monthly billing. Prepaid subscription are $52/box with occasional special offers. All subscriptions include a flat shipping rate of $7.99 per box within the United States.

Maeven Box also offers 3 prepaid subscription options in 3, 6, and 9 month packages. Prepaid subscriptions are charged once upfront and end automatically. No cancellation needed.

How does a Maeven Box gift subscription work?
To gift a Maeven Box subscription, choose a subscription of your choice and enter the bride's shipping address at checkout. Add a personal message in the cart section and we'll include it on a Maeven card inside the Signature Box.
Does Maeven Box ship to my state?
Maeven Box ships to all 50 states within the United States. All boxes ship at a flat rate of $7.99 per box. The first box ships within 1-4 business days of purchase. All subsequent boxes ship between the 1st and 10th of the following month
When does my Maeven Box ship?
Your first box (the Maeven Signature Box) ships within 1-4 business days of your order. All boxes after the initial box ship between the 1st and 10th of the following month. For month-to-month subscribers, your card is charged on the 28th of the month prior to shipping.
Can I cancel my Maeven Box subscription?
Yes. Month-to-month subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with no penalties and no questions asked. To cancel, log into your account and manage your subscription preferences. Cancellations must be submitted before the 28th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month's box. Prepaid subscriptions cannot be cancelled or refunded, but end automatically after the final box ships
Does Maeven Box offer Mrs. & Mrs. options?
Yes! Maeven Box is inclusive. Select the Mrs. & Mrs. option at checkout and all items that reference a couple will reflect that preference. All other items in the box are identical regardless of the option selected.
How do I update my shipping address or payment information?
Log into your account at https://account.maevenbox.com/ to update your shipping address, payment method, or any other account details. If you have any trouble, contact our team directly at hello@maevenbox.com and we'll be happy to help you make any changes.
What do I do if my Maeven Box is missing or lost?
If your tracking shows the box was delivered but you can't find it, contact your local post office first. The majority of cases are resolved this way. If you need your tracking number resent or need additional help, email us at hello@maevenbox.com. Please note that Maeven Box is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
What if my payment is declined?
If your payment is declined on a month-to-month subscription, you'll receive an email notification on the 28th of the month. Log into your account to update your payment information. If you need assistance, contact us at hello@maevenbox.com.
How long are the month-to-month subscriptions?
You will be billed on the 28th of each month and sent a new Maeven Box between the 1st and 10th of the following month for 10 months or until you cancel your subscription.
Will my prepaid 3, 6 or 9 month subscription cancel automatically at the end of the last shipment?
Yes, all prepaid subscriptions will automatically cancel at the end of your last shipment. Prepaid subscriptions cannot be refunded.
What are the shipping costs?
All boxes are a flat shipping rate of $7.99 within the United States, unless a free shipping promotion is in progress.
