Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • For Subscribers: Your first box (The Signature Box) ships within 48 hours of your initial order. All boxes after the initial box ship by the 10th of the following month.

  • For Shop Items & One-Time Gifts: These orders are processed and dispatched within the 48-hour window.

Shipping Carriers & Destinations

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. To provide the most reliable service, we utilize the following carriers:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

The specific carrier is selected based on the quickest and most efficient route to your specific location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Note: Standard flat-rate shipping typically applies to monthly subscription boxes.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update once the carrier has scanned the package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Maeven Box is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error, please contact us immediately at hello@maevenbox.com and we will do our best to update it before the package leaves our facility.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your box arrives damaged, or if your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of the delivery date.
